Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data on website visitors below the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in online activities or their children to prevent data on children being collected without permission of their parents. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without that permission, please contact us via info@taxrex.eu, then we will remove this information.

With what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
TAXREX processes your personal data for the following purposes:
-Handling your payments
-Sending our newsletter
-Being able to call or email you if this is necessary for implementing our service
-Informing you on changes in our services and products
-Delivering services and products
-TAXREX also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, for instance data we need for our tax return.

Automated decision-making
TAXREX does not make decisions that may have (considerable) consequences for persons on the basis of automated processing. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without intervention of a human being (for instance an employee of TAXREX).

For how long we keep personal data
TAXREX does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for achieving the goals for which your data were collected.

Sharing of personal data with third parties
TAXREX will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for implementation of our agreement or to comply with legal obligations. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure a similar level of protection and confidentiality of your data. TAXREX remains responsible for this processing.

Cookies or similar techniques that we use
TAXREX uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser, tablet or smartphone upon the first visit to this website. You can unsubscribe for cookies by setting your internet browser in such a way that it no longer stores cookies. Similarly, you can also remove all information previously stored through the settings of your browser. On this website cookies are also placed by third parties. Inspecting, adjusting or removing data

This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data we have of you in a computer file to you or another organisation, indicated by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, removal or transfer of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your permission or objection against the processing or your personal data to info@taxrex.eu.

To be sure that the request for inspection was made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy make your passport photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN) black, for the protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.

How we protect personal data
TAXREX takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired publication and unauthorised changes. If you have the impression that your data is not well protected, please let us know.
